Arghhhhh.....i’m really confused!!!!!

Actually, i’ve planned to upgrade my gear 4 photography purposes.

I planned to move to dslr since i’m not really satisfied with my current gear, which is coolpix s220. So far, the current s220 quality is good, but with compact digital camera, you can’t do a lot of things plus there is no variation of pictures that you can capture.

After a few surveys that i’ve done, there are 3 suitable gears that suits to me after considering my small budget.

Here it is:

Canon 1000d

Nikon D60

Nikon D3000

Well, in your point of view, which one is better for me?

Canon 1000d = RM 2199

Nikon D60 = RM 2388

Nikon D3000 = RM 2288

(price difference for those entry-level dslr is only RM 200.)

I'm in dilemma whether to choose Canon @ Nikon. both have the same quality, the difference is only the name and the brand.as the beginner, i dont have any experience in this situation.

4 sure if i go for canon, i won't be able to upgrade some accessories such as lenses, flashgun and etc as the price is quiet expensive than Nikon accessories.(also considering buying customize way)

then, if i go 4 Nikon, there will be a lot of new camera which offers greater functions from the same manufacturer. more, most of the malaysians are using nikon dslr.

for me, choosing dslr is like choosing a shoes. very complicated. sometimes, the price is affordable, but the quality is not as expected and sometimes, there are no available size that is perfect to my feet.

whatever it is, i just want to reveal the problem that i had n of course i need some advices for those who had experience in this situation before.

Finally, the most important thing is the man behind the camera, its useless if i got the best gear, but dont know how to use it.
